Have you ever wondered how the Earth was discovered? How did it become the monstrosity that is today? Its abilities to support life and continuous growth is fascinating, but how does it work?

National Geographic takes the viewers on an epic adventure in this documentary as they unravel the mysteries surrounding planet Earth. They take us back billions of years ago to when the solar system was first formed. As we fast forward to present day, it features scientists hard at work to uncover the remaining mysteries of the globe.

These scientists offer their theories and perspectives of how planet Earth was created and brought into existence. Their theories are supported by years of extensive scientific research. But could they be wrong? Could there be other explanations for the creation of this remarkable planet?

What was Earth like four and a half billion years ago? Watch with amazement as Naked Science takes an imaginary ‘human’ time traveller on a galactic journey back in time. This time traveller digs away at the geological mystery of the first billion years of Earth’s existence.

Jump into your DeLorean and set your date to approximately 4.5 billion years ago to enjoy the galactic adventure of a lifetime.

Were not ruining our planet, by Al Gores own graphs CO2 follows temp change. 32 thousand climate scientists signed a petition saying climate change if happening was not caused by CO2. Why? Read morals and dogma or Platos republic or google video Alex Jones.

Thank's a lot because of great video. But I would like to have the script of this video.

      @ Sam

Surely we are ruining our planet. Maybe CO2 is not the main cause of the destruction, however anything except living in harmony with our environment is what we do. Also, climate (change) is just a luxury we enjoy, that is, before the industrial revolution similar changes happened as well.

      Cheers!

you know, I learn more from these 50 minute documentaries than I do at a whole 7 hour day of school…

I agree with you Reject_Ragdoll. My REAL education began at the age of 18 when I left high school and decided to educate Myself.

This is a very good documentary. My only complaint is that it presents the hyposthesis that the moon originated as a result of the collision of the Earth and another proto-planet as fact rather than considering some of the other hypotheses concerning the moon’s origins. I don’t think scientists have really reached a consensus on this issue as of yet, although the collision hypothesis is the prevailing one at the moment (but not prevailing enough to be treated as fact).
