Innocent white paper, until black ink is applied. On the 30th of September 2005 twelve cartoons of the prophet Muhammed are published in the Danish national newspaper Jyllands-Posten. A provocation that was, according to the documentary maker, just intended to show that you must be able to satirize religious figures in a modern democracy. Many people watched in disbelief when Danish flags and embassies were suddenly set on fire all over the world. More than 150 people were killed. How did this happen to Denmark? Even an Egyptian pop singer started ridiculing Denmark, and threatened us all to burn in hell. This documentary explores the question.

it is draw muhammed day. i just found that out 20 minutes ago. Interesting idea, and a good stirring of the pot. I wonder if it makes the news
