The McDonald’s legal team was hired for £10 million to protect the company and its interest against defendants, gardener Helen Steel and postman Dave Morris. They used every legal trick in the book and for seven years, the case was tried and the company was heavily examined. Issues like animal cruelty, effects on children and environmental damage were brought up.

This documentary follows ten years of what this monumental trial is all about, which is actually of two people who refused to bow down to a corporate giant and exercised their freedom of speech.

This documentary explores the fact that Wal-Mart is able to offer low-priced goods and still have hundreds of employees and stores to maintain and support.

Directed by Robert Greenwald, the documentary is an expose of sorts, revealing that while Wal-Mart makes its customers happy, its treatment of its employees is a different story altogether.

This documentary aims to show the ways in which we can minimize our carbon footprint and use the resources before us more efficiently. Even in the area of architecture, going green is also encouraged, paving the way for a better environment we can leave to our children and their future children.

The marijuana industry apparently now takes two-thirds of the local economy of California, boasting of more than a billion in profits yearly. But while this enterprise rakes in so much profit, a lot is at stake, as violence and corruption also go with it.

Meet the ‘Prince of Pot,’ Canadian Marc Emery.
Emery was Canada’s #1 marijuana legalization activist – but he wasn’t doing it for a free-for-all drug party. He made sound arguments about the medical importance, the importance to freedom of choice, to the government economy, and to politics.

That quickly earned him a spot on the United States’ “MOST WANTED” list. His crime? Selling Marijuana seeds through his website. He has never denied doing this. In fact, he pays his taxes for ‘selling Marijuana” and was left alone by the Canadian authorities. However Canada’s RCMP suddenly and willingly co-operated when the DEA got him in their sights.

Fascinating viewing! Thanks, CBC.

STEAL THIS FILM is something that is on your mind all the time, I’m sure: “is this legal?” Can we actually stream and download documentaries and tv shows?
The answer is: yes, it’s legal – sometimes. In the case of documentary-log.com, you can be assured that all documentaries are 100% legal for you to watch: we search the internet to bring you the best in legal documentaries: the doc makers are actually HAPPY to have you watching them.
But, there’s an ugly side to online streaming and not everyone goes the legal route. This documentary explains the good guys and the bad guys, what it all means, and how to spot a crook! Enjoy.
