So let me see if i can understand whats going on here;

A couple get married , the man dressed in a Nazi uniform.
A man is selling a trolley that comes from a concentration camp.
An english policeman sits by as a man called Hans stamps a swastika on the Queens head on a 50p piece.
The `actor´ playing the senior SS officer hates muslims.
Combat 18 and Blood and Honour meet up in the beer tent.

Grown men dressing up and playing soldiers is one thing but the rest .....scary.

And to think when i was young all i wanted to do was dance in a field to crap techno and the `powers that be´ wouldnt let me....

I saw David Irving give a lecture once and I watched him say with his own lips that millions of Jews WERE killed by the Nazis! - He said that he once believed this not to be true but had changed his mind many years ago when he found a document in Venezuela, which he said PROVED that millions of Jews WERE deliberately exterminated! - He said that THAT was the way history worked - ie new information comes to light so you change the records to fit with that flow of new information and NOT before then!

And by the way this document was rediscovered BY HIM - it wasn't available before, so he is a good historian!

David Irving just disputes SOME of the numbers, the extent to which organized "death camps" were used for that purpose and the level of Hitler's involvment in the massacres (which were not as great as Stalin's btw). Irving says that Hitler was complicit but that the initiative did not come from him, but from ranks below in the party and in the SS.

I agree with that assumption, because if Hitler did initiate these industrialized massacres then why wasn't the Wansee Conference held in 1933 instead of 1942?? Also Hitler in fact SAVED many individual Jews by special intervention. - Like his mother's Jewish doctor for example, whom he granted special passage to the United States in the 1930's!

WWII cost this country dear in terms of both treasure and blood! We lost the largest Empire the World had ever known in less than 20 years! We became a sattelite of the United States of America and a subrate player on the global stage! And Liberal Democracy has ruined our country and allowed Marxists to take it over and flood us with Third World masses from Africa and Asia in a bid to destroy all traces of Nationalism, to the extent that the situation that they have thus far created literally threatens to ignite a full scale civil war!

If Hitler had crushed the Soviet Union then Communist Russia wouldn't have become an international superpower, there would have been no Cold War, no distribution of modern arms from the now unbiquitus AK-47 to the atom bomb into the hands of primitive medieval and stone age societies across the planet, leading to the level of World-wide global instability that we have with us today and China would have stayed Nationalist, therefore no "Cultural Revolution", no Pol Pot, no Korea and no Vietnam!

In hindsight Hitler was obviously a better of two evils and all Nazism ever really was, was simply an extreme reaction to Communism anyway and there is anecdotal evidence from some of the things that Churchill said after the war that he too (given hindsght), eventually recognized this also! - Comparing the Labour Party to "the gestapo" for instance or saying quote "the future Fascists will be called anti-Fascists!" And "embrace and kiss the Hun, shun Ivan!"

The reality is that 'in hindsight' Churchill's war was a disaster for this country and a disaster for Europe! Just like his disasterous interference in the WWI and just like his disasterous interference in the Aegean which cost the lives of hundreds of British soldiers! Hitler didn't want to invade this country! Nor did he refrain from attempting to negotiate with Britain after Dunkirk! In fact it was for that very reason that Hitler ALLOWED the Dunkirk evacuation to occur in the first place, by personally issuing orders to halt the panzer columns before the reached those beaches!

We went into that war on behalf of Poland but instead of saving Poland all we did was to hand her over to another dictatorship! - Only this time a dictatorship which had absolutely no love for any non-Socilaist country whatsoever! Including Britain!

Hitler was clearly a very good statesman, but not a very good military commander and a hopeless strategist and by 1943 he was clearly dragging Germany and Europe down into an abyss, which is why the German Army was right to try and assasinate him. However, had we opened up negotiations with Germany during the early stages of the war, both the Jews AND the Poles might have been at least spared through some kind of repatriation settlement and the 100's of millions that perished during the Cold War need not have died! - Indeed Hitler himself once stated in a speech in the early 1940's that if the Jews in the West didn't stop lobbying and financing Britain and America for war against Germany it would result in quote "the total annihilation of the Jeiwsh Race in Europe!" They didn't call it "the final solution" for nothing! And Britain could have EASILY provided Nazi Germany with an alternate solution in the form of repatriation to Palestine, or even perhaps Madagascar, which was once serious discussed!

its not fair really, using hidden cameras to get what he wants..making people look bad, at the end, people have opinions. whys he have to pick them apart.

if i had the money id jump at an 'SS' oppertunity if i was asked to join in with this renactment thing. its just roleplay, its not like people actualy die. its learning about the past by acting it out.

also i agree with Jake, the news that week must have not been interesting enough.

they should be targeting the real problem people, not the guys who just want to live in the past...

The BBC reporter John Sweeney here goes after WW2 Reenactors and harasses them on one of their weekend events. Why? He insinuates that they are some sort of nefarious organization trying to do something underhanded. What a joke. What is up John...a boring week in news? Running out of ideas for a worthy news story?

Sweeney would NEVER have the guts to go after the REAL bad guys...the thousands of radical Muslims who are right now plotting and planning hostile action in mosques around the UK and Europe. Why does not John Sweeney have the guts to go after them? NO it is easier to go after people who perhaps have a larger than life obsession with WW2.

Was is WW2 Reenactors that killed the innocent people on 7/7 or 9/11?
