Let’s all go to the Circus!! For most it’s the place to build memories with the family. Watching with amazement a clown juggling, dogs doing tricks, risky acrobats, and much more the circus is a fun atmosphere. Who can resist the taste of their candy floss or popcorn? The sound of children and adults crying with excitement as each new trick or show is performed.

Filmed in 1976, this feature-length documentary gives viewers a behind the scenes look into a travelling circus. Torben Schloler and Tony Ianzelo follow around the famous Royal Brothers’ Circus as they set up their tents and create a show of amazement for the audience.

High Grass Circus is a fascinating film to watch as it reveals the 24-hour-a-day job in which these circus performers endure. This exciting Canadian documentary film was nominated for Best Documentary Feature at the Academy Awards.

If you’ve ever been to the circus or even just wanted to go, this is a must-see film for you. Recently I was fortunate enough to bring my little ones to circus and the memories it brought back were joyous! To see their smiling faces gave me a sense of deja vu from when I went with my siblings and father. So, stop clowning around and give High Grass Circus as watch.
