It has been one of the longest mysteries in which scientists have been trying to solve, could there be life on other planets? They have been searching for decades for another for of life in our galaxy? Could it be possible there is another life-like planet within our solar system. Another planet similar to that of Earth where either life is present or did exist at one time? If this is a possibility, what does it mean? What impact will it have on us?

Finding life on another planet as been a dream for scientists, astronomers, and even average people since we first discovered space, perhaps even before. The National Geographic takes viewers on a galactic adventure in Life on Mars as they continue this quest to find life on another planet. Some scientists believe the red planet Mars could be the answer, they feel it is the planet they have been searching for all this time.

Life on Mars features interviews with amateur researchers and top planetary scientists who have dedicated their whole lives to the subject of finding life on another planet. This fascinating documentary manages to separate scientific facts from the flights of fancy to answer the age-old question is there Life on Mars?

It's hard to know if these so called scientists really believe in what they are saying or if they just want to sell their latest book. I cant think of any other reason why someone would be so enthusiastic about something thats quite clearly rediculous.

very interestng video, but there is still so much to learn before anything can be proven as to life on Mars. The sound quality is very poor in this Documentary, but well worth viewing.

What an annoyingly dumbed down, kitschy, frenetic, cartoonish, infotainment-like documentary. No wonder I'm so much more attracted to BBC documentaries than American ones: British productions are far more serious and professional, and they patiently wait for your attention rather than scream bloody murder for it in case your attention span won't last longer than two milliseconds. I'm going to go watch a BBC documentary now and breathe a breath of fresh air.

And the narrator's accent is weird. At the beginning, he said, "third rack from the sun".
