The United States Navy SEALs comprises its an elite force of military personnels who are usually assigned to special operations. SEALs stand for Sea, Air And Land, which means these chosen people are able to operate in all areas with precision and expertise.

The SEALs make-up an all-male team, and it’s understandable because of the nature of their training and operation. They are forced to endure several physical, mental and emotional conditions, which is why only the toughest and bravest can last in this team.

Training to become a SEAL is tough, as it is a rigorous six months process. In this documentary, there have been 83 people selected to under go its Basic Underwater Demolition course, with only 32 lasting the training. The SEALs’ training program are really designed to filter out the weak links, considering that their assignments are even tougher than the training.

SEALs are called on to take action during highly sensitive hostage rescue missions, special reconnoissance, foreign defense, counter terrorism and any other unconventional means of warfare.

The SEALs figured in the capture and death of one of the world’s most wanted terrorist, Osama Bin Laden.

This kind of trainning is always inspiring to me.
To see the kind of effort someone is willing to put to achieve their goal has to be.
And if you ever took yourself to your physical limit you know what I mean. When your body can’t keep up with you will.

I mean, that guy with a numb arm, and still trying to lift a log even though he can’t even lift his own arm is amazing.
