Aside from being regarded as a brilliant scientist, Newton was also a theologian who dedicated some 50 years of his life to studying the Bible and the secrets of the laws of God and the Universe.

The Father of Modern Mathematics, Newton was quite the fanatical and have been obsessive about discovering the Second Coming. He apparently discovered the exact date the end of the world was to happen, and this documentary will show how the document, which contained his work on this, was discovered. Scholars have poured years to find out what made Newton conclude that 2060 is the year of the apocalypse.

Could Newton be right?

Newton’s original manuscript, which is protected at the Hebrew National Library in Jerusalem was accessed by the BBC. The document was apparently discovered by  Dr. Stephen Snobelen buried under all other types of paperwork.

Newton’s work elaborated the events as written in the Book of Revelations, where plagues and fires are supposedly going to take place, and Armageddon will trigger the second coming.

 “Newton prayed daily for the end of the world which he believed would herald the Second Coming of Christ. This would usher in the 1000 year rule of the Saints and Newton believed he would then take his place as Chief Saint.”
