Why is it that your chances of crashing your vehicle in the motorway is greatest around 2 o’clock in the afternoon? Why should you, as parents persuade your teenager to lie in the morning? If you take your medication at the same time everyday, (I’m not just referring to birth control here) will it really save your life? Why are your chances of having a heart attack greatest at 8 o’clock in the morning? Our bodies are full of mysteries and the biological clock inside of us is no different. For answers to the above questions and to gain an understanding of a lot more that happens within our body we need to explore the body clock.

This documentary takes us deep inside our bodies to examine this ticking clock inside of us. Without us really being aware of it, the internal clock dominates our every move. Secret Life of Your Body Clock explores this mysterious clock and reveals it is our guide what we need to be doing throughout the day.

With the hustle and bustle of modern-life many of us tend to ignore our body clocks, but at what cost? Can altering our natural cycle be dangerous to our lives? This is an in-depth look into the Secret Life of Your Body Clock.

I definitely feel sleepy a lot between 2pm – 5pm. During those times I will most likely fall asleep if I am in my room. Also I heard sperm travel fastest in the afternoon.

      Great documentary.

Interesting documentary, but it wasn't exactly jam packed with info like say one of those cosmology documentaries. When I'm an old geezer I'll try to remember to wake myself in the wee hours of the morning just to make sure I'm not dead yet.
