  The comet’s tale documentary tells us a story that really can tell us about life, the universe and everything. On the edge of space, halfway to the nearest star, there is a vast cloud of debris, lumps of rock and ice that have drifted on the edge of our solar system for four billion years. They are among the most mysterious objects in the universe. Sometimes they are sent into the heart of our solar system, where they are transformed into the blazing stars we call comets. For centuries our ancestors were in awe of comets: They were messengers from the gods, carrying the power of life and death. It’s only now that we have the power to uncover the comet’s secrets, that we’re discovering that those ancestors were right all along.

   stop lieing about comets being of ice. the tail is electrical discharge into the voltage change of our solar system. there is no ort cloud . thats a big joke perpetrated against us.

     Oh really? And you base yourself in?

     Science might not always be right and many things are just theories until they are confirmed or refuted. But in this case I think it’s pretty much proven that comets are made of ice.
     So can you confirm your presumptuous assuption?… or refute that a comet’s isn’t made of ice or the Ort cloud doesn’t exist??

       I am thinking “hommie12″ may be referring to the electric universe theory(?). Possibly made popular in “thunderbolts of the Gods”. I watched it several times. I cant say I am educated enough on the subject to comment on the validity of the statements put forth in it.
       That being said, I will try to find a link to post a suggestion so everyone can see “thunderbolts of the Gods”

         In any case, I’m just curious on what were his basis when he claims that a coment isn’t made of ice, lol.

           Yes! I overlooked that! I have to know more about the missing ort cloud. .Also, if memory serves, didn’t we go to a comet and ummm take some back with us? Wait wait wait…… It “crashed” into the desert upon return! The powers that are playing this joke on us have gone to extreme lengths for this!
