The Ghost In Your Genes

Genetics is a field in science that is quite complex. Who we are and how are bodies behave is supposedly a result of genetic inheritance. Deep inside our system is our DNA, which binds us from the rest of our family. This DNA is similar per generation, with only slightly changes by its mutation.
“Up to now, inheritance is just the genes, the DNA sequence. I suspect that we’re going to be able to demonstrate that inheritance is more than that.”
Some scientists assume that the current genetic model did not explain a lot of the complex make-up of our human body. They now hypothesize that there are other factors, such as the environment and our experiences, which can somehow the gene’s DNA, affecting the generations that follow it.
This documentary explores genetics and the concept of how our genes affect who we are and the children and grandchildren borne of our lineage.
