I had posted a documentary called Cosmic Time before, but it seems that it was part of a series called Time. Therefore I’m reposting Cosmic Time along with the other three parts that form the complete series.

In this four-programme series, string theory pioneer Michio Kaku goes on an extraordinary exploration of the world in search of time. He discovers our sense of time passing and the clocks that drive our bodies. He reveals the forces of time that make and destroy us in a lifetime. He journeys to some of the Earth’s most spectacular geological sites to look for clues to the extraordinary depths of time at a planetary level. Finally, he takes us on a cosmic journey in search of the beginning (and the end) of time itself.

This is a four-part sereis that features Michio Kaku, a string theory pioneer, who explores the different time forces that affect our lives.

Going through different geological sites all over the world, he looks for clues about time in a planetary scope and takes us on a journey to understand the beginning and perhaps even the end of time.

I some how could not digest bigbang theory at all.. all the stories about there was a bang and every thing came out of it is all ok.. but from where did that single point of energy which has exploded in to so much came from? unless we are able to practically explain from where that thing which has exploded has come from, the big bang theory will remain only as a theory.

    • Hello

@Uday Michio kaku stated in somewhere else that Accoring to quantum mechanics nothing is unstable, so if there was nothing in universe, accoring to physics to stabilize the universe there had to be something so it exploded we call big bang, its part of the string theory
