Take a journey into the world of Wolves with intimate and rarely seen footage of one of North America’s greatest predators: Canis Lupus. A moving soundtrack of Native American music adds a deeply poigant element to the film and propels viewers on an inner quest of their own during this remarkable story of one of the world’s most tenacious species and our closet fellow predator.

Filmed in locations including Yellowstone National Park, Montana, Idaho, Alaska and Quebec, Wolves offers hopes and inspiration, a look at the good that people can do when they care enough to correct some of the mistakes than threaten the health of the natural world.

Hey, this is unrelated but I was wondering if you'd be able to get ahold of RFK Must Die: The Assassination of Bobby Kennedy on here. Just saw it and its very interesting. Would love to see it up here.

Hi Tom, I'll see if I can post it here in the coming week or two. Thanks for the suggestion.

I am begining to suspect that you have perhaps more of an interest in animals than that which pertains to evolution, Doc-log, which raises my esteem of you even more. I will try to post more relevant comments in the future, but right now I just have to say – thanks for the enlightening & wonderfully varied programs.

I have always felt bad for the wolves. They were our friends and allies LONG before they were our enemies. We were for them before we were against them so to speak. We still keep their mutated kin among us as "Man's best friend".

I have a friend who owns a BIG wolf male and he is NOT vicious. He is actually a goof ball more than anything but he may even have the Dire Wolf genetics because he is nearly 200 lbs of HUGE Grey Wolf. With that in mind I just CANNOT see wolves as "bad" because if they were so evil a wolf His size would be a monster and he is so loving and compassionate it is tear jerking to think of what is done to his relatives in the wild.

Anyway, wolves are not and have never been the enemy of Man. We really need to just get along with them like we always used to.

I feel like there is perhaps a bit of misplaced fear towards wild creatures in general. At least from where I am it seems like almost a "Jaws" effect. Meaning that alot of people consciously or unconsciously believe that wild animals would love nothing more than to harm an unsuspecting human. I enjoy hiking and have run across quite a few black bear and have never once felt threatened by them. I think it is important to the understanding and appreciating of wild animals to realize that they are much closer to ourselves in mind and spirit than we like to think, and that they very often react in exactly the same way we would if put in their paws.

Thanks for this, I thought it was wonderful, I have shared it with several of my siblings, a very good doc, and I am glad it doesn't make the wolf out to be a monster, just a truly beautiful important member of this world, that needs our help and respect.

      Brilliant Documentry

strange to think that we loved the Wolf for so long ..and then they became the big bad wolf of kids tales.
they are still one of the most beautifull animials in the world…
shame that there are not so many of them around…
it is great to see people working hard to help them survive
