Henry VIII was a son of a bitch. My favorite is how he didn't find Anne of Cleves attractive. No mirrors in his palace I guess so he could of had a good look at himself!

Fascinating series!!…unfortunatelly, part IV does not play

    6. Marie says:

Why won't the last part play?

    7. Documentary Log says:

I am blown away by this documentary. Just comes to show that women during this time where brain washed by the idea of marriage, riches, and religion.

Section 5 still does not work, but the link suggested below (
http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/H7V9YSRwMHw/) appears to be just fine, no virus warnings from AVG on the site atleast :)

Excellent series. The viciousness of Henrys time still exists today (including the misogyny) although covered by a veneer of sophistication.

Are these documentaries being illegally presented? I hope not, because I’m enjoying this one, but I looked at a list of legal sites to watch tv shows and this site was not listed.

    12. Gerald says:

All parts of this documentary played well for me. I enjoyed them all a lot. It is difficult to judge the morality of the king and his ladies because of the difference in our opinions then and now. However, There is no doubt Henry’s break with the Roman Church affects us even to this day. He is an interesting character even for his own time.
This was an extremely well done series.
